As of January – February of 2025, the numbers for the suite and budget are still fairly preliminary. We are a committee meeting at least monthly and are in constant online communication as programs are planned and estimates come in.

The tiaa-forum.org membership as well as our cooperating organizations Code for Recovery  and the National AA Technical Workshop are developing a memorable experience in Vancouver.

We have quotes based on preliminary requirements from the technology vendor (by far the largest single expense) for networking and display as well as a great deal of experience shared from the forum and committee members’ previous efforts for similar projects. Based on those projections, we’ll need over $6,200 to successfully host this suite. You can check the evolution of the expenses on this spreadsheetThis page will be updated as we learn more.
