2025 AA IC Hospitality Suite Funding Page

As of January – February of 2025, the numbers for the suite and budget are still fairly preliminary. We are a committee meeting at least monthly and are in constant online communication as programs are planned and estimates come in.

The tiaa-forum.org membership as well as our cooperating organizations Code for Recovery  and the National AA Technical Workshop are developing a memorable experience in Vancouver.

We have quotes based on preliminary requirements from the technology vendor (by far the largest single expense) for networking and display as well as a great deal of experience shared from the forum and committee members’ previous efforts for similar projects. Based on those projections, we’ll need over $6,200 to successfully host this suite. You can check the evolution of the expenses on this spreadsheet. This page will be updated as we learn more.

We have received about $1,865.00 as of 05/24/25.

If you are interested in conversations in more than one  technical topic area (e.g. web sites, answering services, virtual meetings, etc.) or have a general curiosity about AA discussions in general (e.g. topics above and beyond technology like committees and group dynamics), you would probably want to select the default “General” option.

If your primary interest is in Archives only, you probably want to select the “Archives” option. Note that with either option, you will still have access to all topics on the forum but with the “Archives” option, your “home screen” will automatically place you in the “Archives” category where most of those conversations happen.
